Pregnancy & Postpartum Therapy

Support for the Emotional Transition Into Motherhood

Don’t wait until you're burned out to ask for support.

Pregnancy and postpartum can be filled with joy, excitement, anticipation, and love. They can also bring anxiety, overwhelm, grief, uncertainty, and a version of yourself you barely recognize.

Whether you're preparing to welcome a baby, adjusting to life postpartum, navigating pregnancy after loss, or trying to make sense of a difficult experience, you don't have to carry it all alone. Therapy provides a space to slow down, process what you're experiencing, and receive support during one of life's biggest transitions.

Motherhood Changes Everything

Becoming a parent can shift nearly every part of your life.

Your routines change. Your relationships change. Your priorities change. Even your sense of identity can change.

You may find yourself wondering:

  • Why do I feel so overwhelmed?

  • Why am I anxious all the time?

  • Why does motherhood feel harder than I expected?

  • How do I balance caring for everyone else while also caring for myself?

  • Will I ever feel like myself again?

These questions are more common than you might think.

You don't have to navigate them alone.

  • Pregnancy anxiety

  • Postpartum anxiety

  • Postpartum depression

  • Overwhelm and burnout

  • Difficulty adjusting to parenthood

  • Relationship changes after baby

  • Identity shifts

  • Perfectionism and self-pressure

  • Pregnancy after loss

  • Miscarriage and pregnancy loss

  • Birth trauma

  • Feelings of guilt, fear, or uncertainty

Whether your experience looks like one of these challenges or something entirely different, therapy can help you feel more supported and less alone.

You Might Be Experiencing...

My Approach

There is no perfect way to move through pregnancy, postpartum, or motherhood. Many women come to therapy believing they should be handling everything better than they are.

Often, they're already carrying an incredible amount. Together, we'll create space for the emotions you're experiencing while also identifying practical ways to reduce stress and feel more supported.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in self-compassion. We'll work to understand what's contributing to your anxiety or overwhelm, strengthen coping skills, and create realistic strategies that fit your life and season of motherhood.

My goal isn't to help you become a perfect parent. My goal is to help you feel more confident, connected, and supported.

Therapy Can Help You

  • Feel less overwhelmed

  • Manage anxiety and racing thoughts

  • Adjust to pregnancy and postpartum changes

  • Process difficult birth experiences

  • Navigate pregnancy after loss

  • Strengthen communication with your partner

  • Reduce guilt and self-criticism

  • Build confidence in your parenting journey

  • Create space for your own needs and well-being

You deserve support, too.

What It's Like to Work Together

Therapy with me is a space where you don't have to have it all figured out. You don't have to minimize what you're carrying.

You don't have to pretend you're okay when you're struggling. Together, we'll make space for both the challenges and the joys of this season.

Some sessions may focus on processing emotions. Others may focus on problem-solving, creating a plan, or finding ways to make daily life feel more manageable.

My role is to help you feel seen, supported, and equipped to move through this transition with greater confidence and self-compassion.

Motherhood was never meant to be navigated alone.

If you're feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or simply in need of support, I'd love to connect.

The first step is a free consultation where we'll talk about what's bringing you to therapy, answer your questions, and see if we're a good fit.
